Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Matchday Manager (the "App"), operated by Rutschmania, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By accepting these Terms you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account at support@matchdaymanager.app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Post, transmit, or share content that is harassing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (team names, match data, messages, etc.). By using the App you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you post. We do not review content in real time but may remove content that violates these Terms if it is reported to us.

5. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data. It forms part of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Matchday Manager is free to download and use. Matchday Premier is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Pricing and the billing period are shown in the App before you purchase, and no charge is made without your confirmation.

Subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple account. Apple's standard subscription terms apply. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage, restore, or cancel a subscription from within the App, or in your Apple account settings.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, graphics, and code are owned by Rutschmania, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@matchdaymanager.app.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
